Glad for anyone innocent to be free, but the whole things stinks, she did NOTHING wrong. Drama here going on. Something more has to be going on behind the scenes. Ashe, My heart leapt for joy when I heard this yesterday! I've been looking for a way to private message you. Tina has been on my heart since the whole thing happened and I have appreciated so much the coverage on badlands and know that apart from her attorneys, you have the most knowledge about her case and in come ways could go deeper. I need to share with you something my whole heart and Divine energy is driving me to do in connection with this case and would love share it with you privately if you could reveal to me the best way to do that.
Heard the news on Warroom with Peter Tictin & Apollo Pappas announcing. There was nothing said about Tina's statement though all were grateful for Polis's commutation. I still don't feel she was wrong, broke a state law yes, but she had to as it was still a requirement for her to retain the records. If she found the 2020 election had been deleted after the "Trusted Build", they would have pinned it on her. They started attacking her when she first brought up her constituents concerns, so there's actually a number of scenarios where they might have gone after her legally no matter what. But, I digress - she was probably advised to express some accountability to divert from the "no remorse" mantra.
Apollo and her show team went to see her this morning and I'm really glad to hear you had a visitation planned for tomorrow! Can't wait to hear more good news from you about that visit!!
She is to be officially released on parole on June 1st. We need to continue to 🙏🙏🙏 for her safety between now and then as there is still concern someone will get to her beforehand. In light of the rabid responses to Polis's commutation and expected media upheaval, Tictin said her legal team will continue having discussions with the CDOC about those concerns. Apparently there was already some things happening outside the prison when Apollo was there. Bannon said he's sure he will have a cold open covering the media meltdowns tomorrow morning and will be following this closely.

On a side note, I wonder if Polis read the tea leaves coming out of D.C. or had a little birdie talk in his ear about doing this today. On Wednesday, Peter Tictin was in the RAV D.C. studios for an interview with Bannon. In that interview Tictin mentioned he has called for this before, but Todd Blanche could send in the U.S. Marshals to get her out as a federal witness under the witness protection program. Like BY JUNE 1ST - give Polis until then. That same day Ivan Raiklin mentioned Blanche should do this on Emerald Robinson's show & said he would like anyone listening to talk with him. He planned on trying to talk with him this upcoming Monday, since he will be at his congessional hearing.
Side note to Side note: Tictin has thrown his name in the hat for U.S. AG and hoped Acting Blanche would do the right thing now in Tina's case. They are still going to SCOTUS re: Presidential pardons for state crimes that entail federal involvement.

Very interesting! How the wheels turn. Ivan mentioned again this should be by Memorial Day, talked about 2am raid and such. So, there was no specific date - "just oh let's say", but timeframes were given. Most likely a political (save CO from this potential federal action) decision by Polis. Now, I'm not as upset about Tina's statement as in the meantime the two real criminals are digging their own graves 👏👏👏.
Just wanted to mention this Ashe...the timing and dates decided just don't seem coincidental imo.
