So we’re going to have to figure out a different solution. The legacy media is just a propaganda avenue for the system, and unfortunately they still determine the narrative. Much of the mechanism of the law is unwritten, even when there are written guidelines, protocols, or non-statutory procedures. It would be difficult, if not impossible, to eliminate things like prosecutorial or judicial discretion. For the average voter, even for an informed voter, the character and ethical standards of their candidates are unknown. The media profiles are every bit as unhelpful as are the party endorsements. How can we limit the power of prosecutors and judges without making them ineffective at maintaining public safety?
Oversight authorities often are used to "hold police accountable", though their effectiveness and their benefit, or lack thereof, to the community are highly debatable. They far too often serve as grievance boards rather than accountability boards. I keep coming back to term limits and limited terms (what good are term limits if the term of office is an extended period of time?), even though these ideas have certain drawbacks.
The fact is that the government of the United States and the governments of our constituent states and territories are experiments in process. We must not accept the assertion that there is no remedy for the issues of the day. Don't just shrug your shoulders and say, "It's the fault of the system." Keep trying to force the system to do what our Constitution was formed to make them do, and never, never, never give up. America is too good to just throw away.

Peters is against faked, rigged elections, is an angel mom and an advent Trump supporter and those things alone puts a biased most wanted target by true TDS haters. I'm no lawyer but how can the corrupt system ignore a presidential pardon executive order?
Thx for responding Ashe, I did not know it mattered wether it was state level or not as I assumed wrongly that The Presidents pardon power had very little limits and if this is true then there seems to be many inconsistencies as other people from other fake presidential terms were able to do whatever they want? Ashe's responses are spot on and I will just add that yes there are inconsistencies as she noted in these two comparisons on the State level. As to Trump's Presidential pardon, it is based on Peter Tictin's interpretation of Presidential pardons reach and as Ashe said has never been tested in court. Tictin knew this and so did WH attorneys & the DOJ, but they believe the denial is worth appealing, partially for the reasons you mentioned and to have a court (US Appeals and Supreme Court if necessary) provide a legal interpretation for Tina's and future Presidential pardons of State prisoners.
Remember this relates to the 2020 Presidential election, but there are also U.S. Reps & Senators elected in midterms, so there is a need for interpretation on the limits of Presidential pardon for State charges related to the federal election retention requirement, even though CO avoided charging Tina for "tampering", there is evidence CO supressed a whistleblower by imprisoning her for felonies that should have been misdemeanors, or at least equal justice of sentencing applied.
On a side note, Tictin still believes the Appeals court will come back with a favorable decision on Tina's case against the District Court rulings/sentencing (notwithstanding the bond request which was already denied) and he hopes in the interim Governor Polis reads the tea leaves on how his decision will affect any future endeavors of his and grants her a State pardon. I know probably fat chance, but there's definitely more to come on election fraud, etc., and possibly a federal law or EO that changes things, so there's that.
I just heard Apollo on Bannon's warroom say he hopes he doesn't wait. There is also a coalition that will be doing a special at 7pm ET with Peter Tictin. I will provide links when they post.
Well all we can do is hope & pray it's soon. Peter Tictin said two days ago at the SternAmerican Trump International Golf Club event he believes something will happen this week, but he said "soon" 7 days ago in an interview too. Sounded like he's going by the quick denial response to the 2nd bond release appeal knowing it's futile to go back to District Court Judge Barrett - a sign their decision may be coming soon (?) since the threats were a part of the that. Polis on the other hand is a toss up imo.
They are definitely trying to keep her in & Griswold is on a media tour again. Just a thought - with all the support and US BOP dragging out the investigation regarding the prison conditions, let's hope they are watching their P's & Q's. The pressure changed their tune the last time anyway. 🙏
I so appreciate this update. Thank you for staying on top of these events as they unfold. I'm praying for an earthquake like Paul's miraculous release from prison (Acts 16:26-33) where Paul has the opportunity to escape but tells the jailer "do not harm yourself. We are all here!" and as a result the jailer and his entire household are saved. May the earthquake fall to free Tina Peters at last and may Polis find salvation in true repentance. May justice be restored to our elections and may the righteous find strength and courage and grace in the midst of it all. In Jesus' Holy name, Amen

The legitimacy of the pardon for state level convictions was denied and is being challenged on appeal.

Question is how long will it take as Tina keeps getting attacked in prison in hopes of killing her because one she gets out there goose is cooked
